Human Factors (HF) and Validation consultant with a PhD Degree in Telematics and Information Society from the University of Florence. She has more than 6 years of experience in European R&D projects in both automotive and aeronautics fields. Since 2013 she has been involved in Flight Deck and ATM design and validation activities in projects like ALICIA, ACROSS, NINA,INNOVATE and MOTO.
Her involvement in projects like RAID (RPAS ATM Integration Demonstration) and TRAWA (Standardisation of RPAS Detect and Avoid) allowed her to gain a relevant body of knowledge on human performance and Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) aspects in RPAS operations and applications (e.g. Remain Well Clear).

Adilia Januário Charmier-PhD in Organic Chemistry (1993), Université Blaise Pascal (France). She is currently Full Professor and Director of the undergraduated Biotechnology and Biotechnology Engineering courses as well as the Postgraduate Program in Circular Economy at Universidade Lusófona ULHT (Lisbon, Portugal). She dedicated her academic career to the teaching of disciplines in the areas of General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Chemistry of natural products, supervisor of several national and international students of Masters, PhD and international postdoctoral researchers.
She is the coordinator of the research center DREAMS at the Faculty of Engineering of ULHT (Center for Interdisciplinary Development and Research on Environment, Applied Management & Space) and researcher at the center of Structural Chemistry (CQE) at IST-UNL(Portugal). Its scientific research includes the various areas of extraction of medicinal plants and wastes using green and biological technologies, as well as the synthesis of Metal-coordinated compounds for the production of new biologically active products and their applications in the areas of health, pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals and biomaterials. In addition, she develops scientific research as well as the creation of joint courses in the area of the Circular Economy in partnership with the group IMAT, University of Trier, IfaS, Germany. She has developed and supervised numerous research projects funded by international companies as well as consultant in the Canadian company exmceuticals.
Her research activity resulted in 68 national and international scientific publications distributed by peer-reviewed international journals, conferences and 3 patents, as well as the organization of national and international seminars and conferences.
